I keep IT support simple, transparent, and flexible. My standard rate is £75 per hour, giving you direct access to reliable, expert help whenever you need it.

I typically work with clients on ongoing support arrangements to provide consistency and better long-term value. However, I’m also happy to offer ad hoc support, with no requirement for long-term or rolling contracts.
